The children's farm is a recreational facility for children and teenagers aged 6-14 years located on the grounds of the Ufa Factory in the heart of Berlin Tempelhof.🐴 Animal encounters – Ponies, rabbits, guinea pigs, geese, chickens, turtles, and ferrets live here and are part of daily life on the farm.🏇 Pony rides – In summer from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM, in winter from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM (each during family day on Wednesdays).🎒 Regular opening hours for school children – Tuesday to Friday 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM (winter time) or 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM (summer time), weekends and holidays from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.👨‍👩‍👧 Family afternoon – Wednesdays from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM for families with toddlers and adults outside the main target group, also on weekends and holidays from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.☀️ Summer holiday program – From June 13 to August 21, Tuesday to Friday from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM for children aged 6-14 with movement, games, and free design; some special offers require registration.

The Youth Farm Moritzhof is a place for open children's and youth work for everyone between 6 and 16 years old, where you work together with animals, acquire craft skills, and explore nature.Animal care and handling 🐴 – Working with the residents of the farm is at the center of our daily activities.Agricultural and gardening skills 🌱 – You will learn how to plant, care for, and harvest.Processing farm products – Cooking, baking, and preserving with what we produce ourselves.Old crafts – Felting, spinning, pottery, basket making, blacksmithing, and more.Event design – Together we create special festivals and events.The Youth Farm Moritzhof is supported by the association Netzwerk Spiel/Kultur Prenzlauer Berg e.V. and opens six days a week. The colorful children's farm is a learning place on the farm where children care for animals, work with them, and experience nature directly. Our ponies have been relocated to Brandenburg during the construction period and are doing very well there – we visit them regularly. The farm remains open, albeit with some restrictions: Most open spaces are currently access roads, and increased excursions take place on weekends and during holidays, during which the farm is closed. Mondays are rest days for the animals. Please note: Strollers should be parked in our driveway as the paths are narrow. Unfortunately, we cannot offer group visits until fall 2025. Mondays are rest days.
