The Amber Lake in Velten is a small oasis north of Berlin - a lake 750 meters long and 170 meters wide, worth a visit all year round.

Bathing operation 🏊 From May to September daily from 10 AM to 8 PM with supervised swimming areas, lifeguards on site, and designated areas for non-swimmers marked by buoys.
Sunbathing lawns and beach 🏖 Extensive sunbathing lawns and sandy lounging spots to relax.
Water sports 🚤 Wakeboarding and water skiing are possible.
Beach volleyball and beach soccer ⚽ Courts available, online booking possible at least 30 days to 1 day before use.
Playground 👧 For children during the bathing season.
Winter walks 🚶 From November 1 to March 31, accessible daily until dusk (swimming not allowed).
Fishing 🎣 Possible outside the bathing season with a fishing card - day passes, weekly passes, and season passes available.
