Open swimming pools and beaches

We are a training facility for lifeguards and swimming courses in Oranienburg, operated by the German Red Cross.

Lifeguard training for children and adolescents 🏊 – Training takes place year-round on Tuesdays from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the T.U.R.M. Erlebniscity swimming pool on 2 lanes of 25 m; during the bathing season, we supplement the program with training in open water.
Lifeguard training for adults 🏊 – Tuesdays from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the same hall on 2 lanes of 25 m, also according to the training plan.
Swimming courses for refugees – We regularly conduct courses to help people learn to swim.
Supervision of bathing beaches 🏖️ – On weekends during the bathing season, we supervise two bathing beaches at Lehnitzsee.
Support at water sports events ⛵ – We are active at the Oranienburg school swimming championships, the Helene Beach Festival, and Kiel Week.
